Once more I had a blank canvas. I just fooled around with red, yellow and white. I played with them contrasting their leaves and the backgrounds behind the trees. Just filling the canvas. Size is about 24in. X 30in., not really sure.

Daily Deviationfire, warmth, light made me immediately think of the wonderful paintings and backgrounds used in the early Disney feature films. ~Jonsama does an amazing job of capturing a scene with such a simple palette. (Suggested by ~nylvatheel and Featured by `guruubii)

Your paintings are amazing. It's hard for me to pick a favorite, but I think I like this one the best. ^^; These are the most beautiful colors I've ever seen.
Even better than purple and yellow. XD
Thanks a lot. The colors do seem to shine when they contrast each other.

[link] is, err, photos of me... but my drawings are more exciting!!
None of my art is done in a program. At least not any of them in my deviations. All my art is done on a canvas in acrylic paint. I take photos of them and put them on Adobe Photoshop 7 to make sure the color is the same as the original and to sharpen them up if the photo I took was blurry. I don't alter my paintings in any way on Photoshop. What you see is what is on the canvas at home. By the way, nice gallery. Thanks for looking at mine.

ah, a traditional artist. lovely.
personal I couldn't paint to save my life.

but i do much prefer doing my art traditionally. pencils of course, but also inking by hand and colour with markers. unfortunately they tend to scan not as well as opposed to when I colour straight onto the computer :( which is a shame...

i wonder why i can't paint? i can draw, to an extent. but if you put a paint brush in my hands things go wrong.....
